Personal fitness is an essential life skill but teaching students of varying ages and abilities creates a challenge for educators that calls for a new innovative solution. DrumFIT exists to provide educators with a new fitness modality that gets feet moving and hearts pumping. There are many cross-curricular benefits to drumming but what sets DrumFIT apart from other drumming curriculum is OUR MISSION: To teach kids to love cardio fitness for life. This is why every single 40 minute DrumFIT class includes at least 20 minutes of cardiovascular activity. We teach kids how to achieve and maintain their target heart rate one beat at a time! Kit includes 30 balls, 30 pairs of sticks, 30 stands, high speed pump, activity manual, training DVD, 2 storage containers with wheels, 3 year license to online video curriculum for one school.

Balls are 24″ (65cm) in diameter, 2000 lbs burst resistant and non-latex.
